A basis for your implementation decision.
We assess one specific use case. The agreed check can include a technical proof using real cases; it is not yet a complete production rollout.
Technical concept
Data flows, interfaces, permissions, model choice and a proposed operating setup.
Decision and proposal
You receive a recommendation and a fixed-price proposal for the defined implementation scope.
03 · Implementation
Build, test and accept an agreed scope.
We develop the application and the foundation it needs. Your team tests real cases with us. Critical steps have agreed approvals and clear responsibilities.
Fixed price for the agreed scope
The proposal defines the output, required contributions and acceptance criteria. Additional requirements are agreed separately.
Developers on site
We work on site when understanding the process, clarifying access or testing together benefits from it. Sessions are agreed in advance.
